1. Platform Role — Marketplace Facilitator

This platform (“VouchPort,” “we,” “the marketplace”) is a marketplace facilitator. We aggregate publisher inventory from third-party link placement providers (“Providers”) and facilitate transactions between buyers and those Providers. We are not the seller, publisher, or fulfiller of any link placement.

The platform provides access and comparison, not a guaranteed link outcome. Placement, publication, and delivery are the responsibility of the underlying Provider. Each Provider operates its own escrow, replacement guarantee, and quality assurance process.

2. No Delivery Guarantee

We do not guarantee that any individual link placement will go live on any specific date, remain live for any specific duration, or produce any specific SEO outcome. Search engine algorithms and publisher website policies are outside our control and the control of Providers.

Replacement or refund obligations in the event of failed placement are governed by the relevant Provider’s own policies. We will assist in communicating with Providers on your behalf but cannot compel Provider performance.

3. Wallet and Payments

Deposits to your platform wallet are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable once applied to an order. Unused wallet balances may be refunded at our discretion — contact us to request a refund of unused funds. We maintain separate financial records for platform revenue (margin) and amounts payable to Providers; funds are never co-mingled.

4. Pricing Transparency

Prices displayed in the marketplace include the platform’s margin above the Provider’s direct cost. We do not display raw Provider cost figures. The platform’s margin funds operations, development, and customer support. Comparative pricing shown (e.g., “agency price vs. marketplace price”) is based on real invoices paid by the platform operator and is provided for informational context only; your experience may vary.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only to purchase legitimate advertising and sponsored content placements, and not for any unlawful purpose or in violation of a publisher’s or platform’s published guidelines. Advertising and content placements carry inherent risk and you assume all risk of use. We make no representations about the marketing or search outcomes of any placement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform’s liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages including lost rankings, lost revenue, or reputational harm.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
